Have you forgotten your PIN code? Lost the SIM card where the PIN and PUK codes are written? Do not worry. You can still save your SIM card and all the contacts and SMS in it. Here's how to get your PUK code. 1. Borrow a Smart or TNT powered mobile phone from a relative or a friend. 2. Dial *888 on its keypad. Hit the Call button. 3. Follow the instructions as prompted with corresponding number on your keypad, until you are forwarded to an agent. Ex. English > Smart Prepaid > Other Concerns. 4. Now that you are being assisted with an agent, tell him that you lost your PIN code and need it badly. The agent will then ask for the 16 digit serial number which is printed on your SIM card. Upon confirmation of the serial number, he'll give you the PUK code to unlock your blocked SIM card. The agent will assist you until you unlock your SIM card and assign a new PIN code to your SIM.
